Terms of Service
*BEFORE YOU COMMISSION
Please note that a ready to rig PSD file must be sent before any work can be done for rigs. I will not be creating any art for the base model.
I will only add minimal art for stickers/toggles if not provided by the model artists.
By Commissioning me you agree to the following:
You are at least 18 years of age
You will provide necessary credit to AttackBun for all work done on social media related to Vtubing.
You will not claim any work done by AttackBun as your own
I am allowed to post WIPs, Previews, Streams, images of all work done unless explicitly stated during the initial commission discussion.
I have the right to refuse any commission
I have the right to cancel a commission and will provide refunds accordingly (see below)
Payment:
All payments will be made through Invoice
All prices are listed in USD
Payments will be made through Stripe invoicing
Prices may change depending on the complexity of the model or requested animations
At least 50% of the payment must be made before work will begin for commissions over $100 (meaning plushie commissions must be paid in full upfront.)
Completed model will not be delivered until full payment has been received.
Process and Timing:
Commission times can fluxuate depending on the comlexity of the model/rig but a general timeline would be 1-2 months for work to be completed for a rig and 1-2 weeks for a plushie rig.
Work will begin once the first agreed upon payment has been received.
I will try to provide updates periodically as work is done, generally every 1-2 weeks
Any delays in work will be communicated ASAP.
All base rigging such as head movements, body movements, tracking, and physics will be completed first followed by any addons.
Once all rigging is completed the model will be set up in Vtube Studio with basic ideal settings.
A zip file containing neccessary rig files and Vtube Studio settings will be sent after final payment has been received.
Please note that things such as mouth/eye tracking will need to be adjusted per person. This will need to be done by you after the rig has been completed and paid for.
Time can be scheduled to help assist with any additional set up as needed.
Refunds:
A full refund will only be provided if the commission was canceled before work began.
Partial refunds will be provided if work has already started at the time of cancellation. Refund amount will change based on how much work has been completed.
If the commission has not been delivered within the agreed upon timeframe and there has been insufficient communication a partial refund will be provided based on work done.
Please allow patience for any unforeseen delays that are clearly communicated within a reasonable timeframe.
